Chispa y Leña is a neighbourhood bistro in the old town of Laredo. Stone walls, ivy on the façade and a warm dining room with plants, wood and natural light to feel right at home.
From Monday to Friday we serve a daily set menu with homemade cooking and market produce. On weekends, a short à la carte with stews, fish from the Cantabrian Sea and our specialty: rice dishes (paella, creamy seafood rice, squid-ink rice and señoret rice). Homemade desserts to finish.
